Links at Lang Farm

Est. 2002 · Mike Asmundson
Why we love this place

Lang Farm proves a great round does not need 7,000 yards. Mike Asmundson's executive 18 is quick, clever and kind to newer players, and the practice facility is among the best in Vermont. Ideal for a busy evening or a family outing near Burlington.

About Links at Lang Farm

The Links at Lang Farm opened in 2002 in Essex, about eight miles from Burlington, on Essex Way. Designed by Mike Asmundson, it is an 18-hole executive course of about 4,000 yards, played across three sets of tees, and the club bills it as the only public 18-hole championship executive course in New England. The short format suits newer golfers and anyone working on irons and the short game, and the club's practice facility has been named the best in Vermont by New England Golf Monthly. Northeast Golf Magazine readers voted it their favorite new golf course, and Vermont Golf Magazine named it best new course, though the club does not give years for either honor. The Links has hosted more than 750 tournaments, outings and fundraisers.
