About Makefield Highlands Golf Club

The course is on the former Pleasant Valley Estate Farm, 168 acres of a Penn Grant made to Thomas Bond around 1718. Lower Makefield Township bought the land, and the Rick Jacobson-designed course opened in 2004. It plays up to 7,058 yards from five sets of tees, and the stone Manor House on the property is a registered historical landmark.
