Mayacoo Lakes is a private West Palm Beach club founded in the early 1970s and opened in 1972-1973 as one of Jack Nicklaus's earliest course designs, co-designed with Desmond Muirhead. Water hazards feature on 13 of its 18 holes across roughly 6,950 yards. A 2007 renovation by Kipp Schulties Golf Design earned Golf Digest's "Best New Remodel" in 2008.
