About Northern Challenge Golf Club

Northern Challenge Golf Club is an 18-hole public (semi-private) course at 520 Champions Lane in Sherman, Grayson County, Texas, about 10 minutes west of town. Designed by architect John Colligan, the front nine opened in 2002 and the back nine followed in 2005 (aggregated listings date the full course to 2003). It plays to par 72 at roughly 7,042 yards with bent-grass greens, a slope of 142, and water on 11 holes, and is part of a residential golf community with a driving range and practice area.
