Palmetto Dunes - George Fazio Golf Course

Built in 1974 and designed by George Fazio, this is Hilton Head Island's only par-70 public course. Fazio laid out open, tree-lined fairways on the front nine that give way to a tighter, more severe back nine, with just two par-5s on the entire course. One of the youngest courses ever named to Golf Digest's 'America's 100 Greatest,' it was recognized as the 2014 South Carolina Golf Course of the Year.
