About Rock Barn

The Jackson Course at Rock Barn Golf & Spa in Conover (Catawba County), NC is the older of the resort's two 18-hole courses, opening for play in 1969. Originally a Russell Breeden design, it was redesigned by architect Tom Jackson in 1995 and bears his name. The par-72 layout tumbles across picturesque valleys with dramatic elevation changes. Rock Barn hosted the PGA Tour Champions' Greater Hickory Classic, though that event was played on the sister Robert Trent Jones Jr. course, not this one.
