Rock Harbor is a 36-hole public complex on Winchester's western edge, where Dennis Perry turned more than 325 acres of apple orchards and woods into two courses named for the property's rock outcroppings. The Rock opened around 2003 around 40 acres of lakes, with an island-green par-3 7th, and the longer Boulder followed around 2010.
