About Sinking Valley Country Club

After architect Edmund Ault finished Iron Masters in southern Blair County, a committee from Tyrone that wanted its own course contacted him. He helped local businessmen choose the site for Sinking Valley, and Ault and the new club's members finished the project in time for a grand opening in 1963.
