About Myrtlewood Golf Club

Myrtlewood was the Grand Strand's first multi-course property. The PineHills Course opened in 1966, originally as the Pines, and was later overhauled by Arthur Hills, which brought its new name. The Palmetto Course followed in 1973 as an Edmund Ault design and was reportedly the first in the Myrtle Beach area to play along the Intracoastal Waterway. Both courses have had greens and bunker renovations in recent years.
