Spring Hill Golf Club

Spring Hill Golf Club opened in 1999 in the rolling countryside near Orono and Wayzata, west of Minneapolis. Tom Fazio designed the private 18-hole layout, and it stands apart from his reputation for large-scale earthmoving: the property's existing ridges, wetlands and native grasses required relatively little manipulation, yielding one of his most natural, walkable routings. Highly exclusive, with a small membership and modest annual play, Spring Hill runs firm and quiet across sweeping prairie contours framed by tall fescue and mature woodland.
