About The Clubs of Kingwood - Forest Course

The Forest Course is one of the courses at Kingwood Country Club within The Clubs of Kingwood in Kingwood, Texas. It opened in 1992, designed by the Finger Dye Spann firm, which called it the best course they had done in Houston. Routed 6-8 feet below the surrounding terrain through Lake Houston's marshy backwaters, it features heavy mounding, deep bunkers, narrow fairways and small greens, and was ranked 16th best in Texas by Golf Digest in 1998.
