About The Country Club At Silver Springs Shores

The Country Club at Silver Springs Shores, southeast of downtown Ocala, opened in 1969 to a design by Desmond Muirhead, a longtime associate of Jack Nicklaus. It is a par-72 parkland course of about 6,857 yards, with a traditional front nine and a back nine where water comes into play, and the club says it has hosted professional and amateur events.
