Vista Plantation is an Arthur Hills-designed executive course (par 62, about 3,697 yards) that opened in 1986 inside a condominium community built on a former 145-acre grapefruit grove owned by the pioneer Sexton family in Vero Beach. It is semi-private, offering memberships and public tee times.
