About Berkeley Hills Country Club
Berkeley Hills Country Club is a private, member-owned club in Duluth, Georgia, in Gwinnett County north of Atlanta. Its 18-hole championship course was built in 1971, designed by architects Ron Kirby and Gary Player, with Arthur Davis also credited on the project. Routed over rolling, wooded terrain, the par-72 layout plays about 6,700 yards with a demanding slope rating, rewarding accurate, thoughtful golf. Over the years the club has hosted competitions conducted by the Georgia State Golf Association, the Georgia PGA, and the USGA, including state amateur and mid-amateur championships. PGA Tour players, among them Masters champion Stewart Cink, have used the course to prepare for tournament play. Combining a classic 1970s design with a welcoming club atmosphere, Berkeley Hills has remained a respected fixture of metro Atlanta golf for more than half a century.
