Bluewater Bay Golf Club

The Golf Club at Bluewater Bay in Niceville opened in 1981 and grew into a 36-hole resort on Choctawhatchee Bay, with the Bay and Lake nines followed by the Marsh nine in 1987 and the Magnolia nine in 1993. Sources credit Tom Fazio and Jerry Pate as architects, with attribution varying by nine. Today the Bay and Marsh nines are in play as an 18-hole, par-72 course, open to the public and run as a community golf course.
