The Golf Club at Copper Valley, formerly Saddle Creek, sits south of Copperopolis in the Calaveras County foothills. Carter Morrish designed the course, which dates to the mid-1990s. It is a stop on Calaveras County's Gold Country golf trail alongside Greenhorn Creek.
