Cross Creek Plantation opened in 1991, a private Pete Dye and P. B. Dye design in Seneca. The par-72 course plays 6,846 yards with a 73.2 rating and 143 slope, featuring pedestal greens and deep, plentiful bunkers; it has hosted an NGA Tour event and is often called the toughest test in the Upstate.
