Empire Ranch Golf Course

Empire Ranch Golf Club, on East Natoma Street, opened for play on May 11, 2002 and was the first golf course in the city of Folsom. It was designed by Brad Bell (some listings also credit Kevin Ramsey and David Dale), and the project took about seven years from planning to opening because of wetland mitigation and rocky soil. It is a public-access 18-hole course at the base of the Sierra Nevada foothills.
