About Lake Venice Golf Club - 1 And 2

Lake Venice Golf Club is a City of Venice municipal course established in 1959 as the second course in Sarasota County, with its holes designed by Mark Mahannah. Nine holes were added in 1970 to create a 27-hole facility, and holes 19-27 were redesigned by architect Jan Bel Jan in 2013. The city-owned public course operates on a no-tee-times basis and has repeatedly been voted the area's best public course.
