About Musgrove Mill Golf Club
Musgrove Mill Golf Club opened in 1988 in Clinton, South Carolina, designed by Arnold Palmer and his longtime design partner Ed Seay. The course winds along the Enoree River on land tied to the August 1780 Revolutionary War Battle of Musgrove Mill and borders the Musgrove Mill State Historic Site. Its signature hole is the par-3 seventh, a tee shot of roughly 189 yards played over a bend in the Enoree; Palmer honored it as one of "The King's Dream 18," his personal selection of favorite holes from across his portfolio. Measuring about 6,933 yards to a par of 72, the layout is known for varied, memorable holes and dramatic elevation changes across wooded terrain. Now operated as a private club under McConnell Golf, Musgrove Mill pairs championship-caliber design with a genuinely historic river setting, making it one of the Upstate's most distinctive courses.
