Nashawtuc Country Club, a private club in Concord, opened for play in 1961 with an 18-hole course designed by Geoffrey Cornish and later renovated by Rees Jones. From 1984 through 2008 it hosted the PGA Champions (Senior) Tour's annual event, known over time as the Bank of Boston Classic, Digital Seniors Classic, FleetBoston Classic, and finally the Bank of America Championship. Champions there included Chi-Chi Rodriguez, Bob Charles, Hale Irwin and Larry Nelson.
