Norton Country Club first opened for play in 1955 and was substantially rebuilt in 1988 by architects Geoffrey Cornish and Brian Silva. The result is a narrow, challenging 18-hole, par-71 semi-private layout regarded as one of the more demanding courses in the Attleboro area, and it annually hosts a round of the Attleboro Area Golf Association Open.
