About Pga Golf Club - Ryder Course

The Ryder is the second of the two original 1996 courses at PGA Golf Club in PGA Village, the PGA of America's public facility in Port St. Lucie. Designed by Tom Fazio with Jan Bel Jan and Tom Marzolf, it is named for Samuel Ryder, the English seed merchant who founded and donated the trophy for the Ryder Cup. The roughly 7,000-yard layout has a Carolina feel, with subtle undulations, mature pines, broad white bunkers and large, intricately contoured greens.
