About Saddlebrook

The original Saddlebrook Course opened in 1976 as a Dean Refram design, and Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay remodeled it in 1984; the 18-hole Palmer Course followed in 1986. After Mast Capital and Amzak Capital Management bought the resort in 2022, Rees Jones redesigned the 36 holes into a 27-hole Pine, Oak and Cypress complex as part of a $92 million transformation completed in November 2025.
