About Sandestin Resort & Club - Burnt Pine Golf Club
Burnt Pine Golf Club at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort (Miramar Beach/Destin) was designed by Rees Jones with associate Greg Muirhead and opened in 1994. The ~7,000-yard layout runs through pine forest and wetlands with back-nine holes along Choctawhatchee Bay, and ranked third among Golf Digest's Best New Resort Courses in 1995. It is the restricted course at Sandestin, open to club members and select resort guests.
