Shaker Farms occupies land once farmed by a Shaker religious community in Westfield. The 18-hole course was designed by New England architect Geoffrey S. Cornish using the natural contours of the land, with a 1957 opening. It operates today as a country club that also offers public tee times, plus banquet facilities.
