About Tiburon Golf Club
Tiburon Golf Club is the golf centerpiece of The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburon, and both of its 18-hole courses bear the design work of Greg Norman. The Gold course opened in 1998, followed by the Black, and together they gave Norman a canvas for his signature ideas: stacked sod-wall bunkers, coquina shell waste areas and, notably, the absence of conventional rough, which rewards recovery play and creativity. Playing beyond 7,000 yards from the tips, both par-72 layouts favor wide corridors framed by native vegetation. Tiburon has become one of the region's premier tournament venues, hosting the LPGA Tour's season-ending CME Group Tour Championship as well as the long-running QBE Shootout, a made-for-television silly-season team event. Consistently ranked among Florida's top golf facilities, it pairs resort access with a genuine championship pedigree.
