About Belleair Country Club
Belleair Country Club, founded in 1897, is the oldest golf club in Florida. Originally a six-hole course, it expanded to 18 holes in 1909; Donald Ross redesigned the West Course in 1915 and added the East Course, revising both again in 1924. The West Course underwent a to-the-letter Ross restoration by Fry/Straka, reopening in November 2022. It is a private club with two 18-hole courses, East and West.
