About Indian Canyons Golf Resort South Golf Course

Indian Canyons opened in 1961 as Canyon Country Club, on Agua Caliente Indian Reservation land in Palm Springs. The Bell family designed both of its courses. Casey O'Callaghan redesigned the South Course in 2003-04 with LPGA Hall of Famer Amy Alcott, and the redesign reversed the original routing. The resort is now operated by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.
