Moss Creek is a 1,042-acre private, Audubon-certified residential golf community on the mainland side of the Hilton Head bridge with 36 holes by the Fazio family. George Fazio's South Course (Devil's Elbow South) came first, around 1974, followed by Tom Fazio's North Course in 1981. John Fought renovated the North in an eight-month project that reopened in October 2025.
