Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club opened in 1986 after Corcoran Jennison developed the property, which is built around the historic Nickerson Mansion (1907). The original championship course was designed by Geoffrey Cornish and Brian Silva, and Nicklaus Design added further golf at the resort in 2007. The resort sits on Cape Cod in Brewster.
