About Raven Golf Club - Phoenix

Raven Golf Club began in the mid-1990s as Raven at South Mountain, a daily-fee championship course designed by Gary Panks with tour player David Graham (listings give 1995-1996). Unusual for the Sonoran Desert, its par-72 layout is lined with thousands of pine trees near South Mountain Park and Preserve; it was built as a sister course to Raven at Verrado, now separately owned. Later rebranded Raven Golf Club - Phoenix after a renovation of bunkers and landscaping, it remains open to the public under Arcis Golf.
