The Ranch is Tonto Verde's second course, a Gary Panks design opened in 2002 in Rio Verde northeast of Scottsdale, stretching to about 7,000 yards. Panks had co-designed the community's original Peaks Course with David Graham in 1993, working with the native desert landforms.
