About Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Cambrian Ridge - Loblolly/Sherling

Loblolly/Sherling combines two nines at Cambrian Ridge, which the Retirement Systems of Alabama opened in October 1993 as the sixth site on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. The Loblolly nine is lined with giant loblolly pines. The Sherling nine plays around Lake Sherling on land leased from the city at no cost, and its ninth hole crosses a 50-yard-wide gorge with ochre boulders. The pairing measures 7,050 yards, par 72.
