Stonewall Golf Club in Gainesville is a Tom Jackson design that opened in 2001 on the shore of Lake Manassas, next door to the private Robert Trent Jones Golf Club that hosted the first four U.S. Presidents Cups. The front nine runs along the lake and the back nine climbs through woods, with the lake in view from 15 holes. It is named for Confederate general Thomas J. "Stonewall" Jackson.
