About Tatnuck Country Club

Tatnuck Country Club was founded in 1898, making it one of the oldest golf clubs in the United States and a Mass Golf 125-year member club. Scotsman Willie Campbell laid out the original rudimentary nine-hole course; Donald Ross was brought in around 1912-1913 to reconstruct the layout and shape much of the bunkering and greens still in play, and the firm of Wayne Stiles and John Van Kleek added further design work beginning in 1924. It remains a private member club in Worcester's Tatnuck neighborhood.
