Wolf Creek is a public 18-hole, par-72 course on Union Road in southwest Atlanta, about 10 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Georgia architect Mike Young designed it, and it opened in 2001. The layout mixes low holes along wetlands with holes that have big elevation changes, and it plays to about 7,069 yards from the back tees. It quickly got a reputation as one of the toughest public tracks in metro Atlanta, and Golf Digest named it the best course near the airport.
