The North Course at Berkeley Hall opened in 2001 as the first of two Tom Fazio layouts at the private Bluffton club, with Beau Welling assisting. The 36 holes use a "core golf" routing that keeps the center of the property open, and the North is known for false-front greens and heavy bunkering that reward strategic play.
