About Charleston National Country Club

Charleston National was conceived as an exclusive private country club and built by Rees Jones (with co-designer Greg Muirhead), opening in 1989 in Mount Pleasant. The course winds through wetlands, lagoons and pine and oak forest with marsh views toward Isle of Palms. It operates today as a semi-private course open to the public and has been billed as the area's only public-access Rees Jones design.
