Cherokee Ridge Golf Course

Cherokee Ridge opened in 1971 as a public nine-hole regulation course on the east side of Colorado Springs, credited to architect Press Maxwell. A separate nine-hole par-3 course, designed by Woody Rice, was added on the property in 1984. The facility is operated by a local special district rather than a private club, keeping it an affordable neighborhood option with multiple tee sets for golfers of every skill level.
