The Calibogue is one of two 18-hole routings through Haig Point's 20-hole Rees Jones Signature Course, which opened in 1986 on Daufuskie Island and launched Jones' solo career. It shares opening tees with the Haig before diverging into its own holes, and is the more demanding routing with more forced carries over marsh and Calibogue Sound. Jones renovated the course, reopening it in late 2007.
