About Hunting Hawk Golf Club

Hunting Hawk opened in 2000 as a public-access course in Glen Allen, designed by architect William (Bill) Love, who routed it through rolling wooded terrain with wetlands, ponds and streams along the Chickahominy River. Its name comes from a pair of hawks that stayed on the property throughout construction. Golf Digest has ranked it among the nation's best public courses.
