River Run Country Club

River Run Country Club is a private club in Davidson whose 18-hole course opened for play in 1989, designed by Robert Walker with major champion Raymond Floyd serving as design consultant. The traditional layout runs across hilly, heavily tree-lined terrain with small, undulating greens and a signature island green, playing beyond 7,000 yards from the championship tees. It has hosted multiple U.S. Amateur qualifying events among the Charlotte area's private courses.
