Canyon/Loblolly pairs two of the three regulation nines at Cambrian Ridge, a Greenville complex the Retirement Systems of Alabama opened in October 1993 as the sixth site on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. These 18 holes occupy about 230 acres of a 500-acre purchase. The Canyon nine winds through a canyon, and its ninth hole shares a 50-yard-wide gorge with Sherling's ninth, while giant loblolly pines line the Loblolly nine. The combination plays to 7,106 yards, par 72.
