Siler City Country Club was established in 1954. Its front nine was designed by Ellis Maples and opened in 1957, and the back nine was added by Tom Jackson in 1987 to complete the 18-hole layout of bentgrass greens and rolling, tree-lined fairways. The course has hosted CGA qualifiers, Carolinas PGA Pro-Ams and NC high school championships.
