About Cohasset Golf Club

Cohasset Golf Club, a private club on the South Shore of Massachusetts, dates its founding to 1894 and began as a summer club for well-to-do Bostonians, with its earliest holes laid out by Scottish professional Willie Campbell. Donald Ross was engaged to redesign the layout around 1909 and again in 1920, when it was expanded to 18 holes. In 1999 the club undertook a major Ross restoration under architect Ron Pritchard.
