Roosevelt Municipal Golf Course

This nine-hole municipal course in Griffith Park traces to a WPA-funded layout named for President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1937. The original design was by Tom Bendelow and was later rebuilt to plans by William P. Bell. The course was reconfigured over the decades as freeways reshaped the park, with the present layout dating to 1964.
