The Club at 12 Oaks is the private golf centerpiece of the 912-acre 12 Oaks community in Holly Springs, outside Raleigh. Designed by Nicklaus Design and founded around 2007, it opened for play in 2009 — delayed by the 2007-08 downturn — when Golf Digest rated it among the best new private courses and the NC Golf Panel named it Best New Course in the state. It was acquired by Concert Golf Partners and operates as a private member club.
