Brasada Canyons

Brasada Canyons anchors the Brasada Ranch resort community in Powell Butte, in the high desert of Central Oregon. The 18-hole, par-72 course was designed by native Oregonian and PGA Tour veteran Peter Jacobsen together with his longtime design partner Jim Hardy, and it opened in 2007. Stretching to roughly 7,300 yards from the tips, the layout threads through natural canyons and juniper-dotted high desert, climbing from around 3,272 feet to just over 4,000 feet in elevation, which yields wide valley vistas and dramatic mountain sightlines toward the Cascades. Playing surfaces pair bentgrass greens with bluegrass fairways suited to the arid climate. Consistently praised for its scenery and shot variety, Brasada Canyons has become one of the region's signature resort tracks and a fixture on Central Oregon golf itineraries.
