About Mahoney Golf Course

Mahoney Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-70 municipal course owned by the City of Lincoln, built in 1976 and credited by the city to architect Floyd Farley, who also designed Lincoln's Holmes Park (a few directories instead list Dick Watson). The roughly 6,450-yard northeast Lincoln layout has hosted events including the Nebraska Open and state golf championships, and its eighth hole was named an Omaha World-Herald "Hall of Fame Hole."
